Had ultrasound on 12th April. Last LMP is on 19th February. Ultrasound report gestational sac 23mm but no yolk sac and no fetal pole. Still i have nausea and vomiting. They have asked for repeat ultrasound on 26th April(2 weeks gap) . Any hope please

A. Sac is not visible already so I think the chances are quite few but still you never know if something changes currently I was just a very honestly don’t keep much of hopes of every thing is good than nothing like it and if not then the doctor would advise you accordingly
