Had c section on 8th October. After that heavy bleeding dark red in colour lasted for 3 days which then decreased over time and colour changed to light pink. After 20 days I again started bleeding a little more ( dark red in colour) which lasted upto 7 days followed up by brown colour spotting for 3 days. After 30 days, I again started bleeding more but not heavy ( dark red in colour) soaking a pad in half day which is still continuing till my 46th day. Is this a cause of concern?
