Had a c section delivery it's been 20 days now I am having lower back pain due to which I can't move or walk and do any other work is it normal ? do i visit psychotherapy ? please suggest

A. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. have sunbath every morning for half an hour daily ..maintain a good spine posture .
