gud mrng sir, my son is of 2 years 6 months old , he is eating nothing even rice, idli. . on his tongue one layer is coming and the tongue is very pink in colour, sir can u suggest any medicine from him.....

A. hi. he might having some multivitamin deficiency. can give hom bplex syrup. offer your chikd veroty of food with diffrent taste and texture. offer adequate fluids.
