Okay so best home remedy that I personally believe usually works is raw milk you can take some white bread and raw milk together and gently clean the face with that otherwise otherwise if you do not have white bread only raw milk is also going to work and after you wash and clean the face properly just apply Evion vitamin E cream regularly and make sure that no products are applied on the face I think your child has a very sensitive skin so take care of that
