Right now you should give all the family foods plus proteins vegetarian non-vegetarian carbs and fats okay so from age of 5 to 6 years you can put your child into sports like karate or something which is going to be very good and if your child is comfortable from the age of 3 to 3.5 years you can put and from the age of 7 to 8 years if they accept a small child in Swimming put your child into swimming or basketball that would help in elevating overall growth whether it is height health everything that you’re looking for so this your child can easily touch a good height of 5’5” taller than that but you really need to work upon a good physical activity plus a good diet
