A. All the vaccination should be given according to the vaccination schedule whether the government or IAP schedule and you can discuss with your pediatrician regarding the details of the vaccination. Pulse polio immunization programme is provided by the government to all children below 5 years of avjge. if your child has received polio vaccine before as per the schedule then also you shoubld give this vaccine on the the pulse polio day as this is an additional vaccine. For polio vaccine dates and related query you need to contact your local authorities .

A. If you are already getting vaccination done then it is completely alright if you do not get the drops done but on the other hand a lot of paediatricians over here also say that if you get an opportunity to get it done then you should because it is going to be double protection unit by miss a chance otherwise if you do not get it done by government drops also then there is no problem since your child is vaccinated
