Got vaccinated my baby at 6weeks. she has slight fever and green potty. is Green potty normal after vaccination?

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. unlikely but it's common till the age of 4 month as long as the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
