Q.

Got my periods in mid night around 2:30.so how can I calculate?the next morning will be my 1st day or 2nd

A. Mam you got it in the midnight so it was the one suppose you got it on the Sunday night so it is going to be first day Monday would be your first day because you got it Sunday in the midnight so technically as per if you go for English calendar Monday already started so you can calculate it as first day not second day
