Goodmorning sir, My 2 years 7 months old baby is suffering with fever from yesterday morning. I gave paracetamol syrup 4 times till now from yesterday morning but still fever not yet completely controlled. temperature reducing after feeding syrup and again it start raising after few hours. please suggest me sir, do I need to consult doctor immediately or can I feed paracetamol syrup today as well. NOTE : She is getting back teething, do back teething get fever in kids. please clarify my doubt sir. Thank you.

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. hello main meeting better to visit your pediatrician regarding this he or she will be able to guide you better after checking the health of your kid the black teeth are caused due to cavities or iron supplement stains these have nothing to do with fever
