GoodMorning Maam, plz give some nutrition choices for my son because he is very choosy for meal so he does not eat everything, so plz give some tasty idea for him...

A. dear mum, you can give all types of foods to your child the way you prepare at home. grains and millets pulses legumes/egg /non veg seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables fruits milk and milk products

A. hi yes, kids can be choosy for that, I advise to add variation in your child diet variation can be in size, shape, color, texture or taste for example instead of serving fruits as it is,you may cut them in different shapes like star heart etc using shape cutter and serve it to your child you may prepare fruits smoothies, fruits popsicles etc
