Q.

Good morning sir.. We have premature twins of baby girl and baby boy of one month old.. Now they are 2.1kg and 2.2kg(birth time weight boy 2kg ..girl 1.75kg) they have been suffering from cold for last one week.. can we use any medicine.. Is their weight ok.. tq sir

A. it is advisable to get a proper physical examination of the baby is done by your doctor because the babies are too small and also born premature early it will be better to take medicine according to your pediatrician

A. Saline solution is the only safe nasal spray for babies, infants, and toddlers. To use saline solution, lay the baby down on their back and, if possible, slightly tilt their head back (don't force it, though).
