Also whole eggs, stuff paranthas made with panner, potatoes etc , also you can give variety of pulses and legumes such as dals, chana, rajma etc . Rice , roti, fresh fruti milk shakes, sago , soya etc
NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello your child weight is low and infact underweight and if the child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and include fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables dry fruits and dairy products which can help
