This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a caujhse for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

Give all that you cook for ur family. include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, banana shake, potatoes,rice, etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
