Q.

Good morning sir.....my kid is very healthy......but he is very thin....we should add any proteins for him?.....please suggest me for what to do

A. growth of the child that is weight and height along with body development depends upon the diet the child is taking as well as upon the genetic patterns. means- depends on growth of the parents when they were small. so if the parents were thin or having less growth when they were small the child wiill also follow the same pattern and then gradually have proper growth afterwards. ask your doctor to calculate mid parental height as well as the weight pattern and the situation will be more clear

A. Hi parent no need to give any products please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc you can give small quantity of soji halva sira rab laddu pancakes sabudana porridge khir etc please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
