A. can be viral. for more thorough evaluation and treatment information about the problem raised here you can do best is to see your doctor for then only can be advised for this is fine or not for now .

A. hi it could be Infection or result of insect bites but better to check with your pediatrician who can give right guidance after examining your child Health. kindly do not try any homemade remedies. keep that area clean, using gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes.
