good morning sir my baby is 4month now he will not wake up in night like previous month for hunger should I let him sleep r I should wake n feed. for nappy infection what cream n medicine I should give I applied Himalaya cream n neosprin still it is not cured.

A. use ezinappi cream for diaper rash. if baby is sleeping soundly and the urine output is good baby is gaining adequate it then you can let him sleep without waking up
