Good morning sir. my baby girl completed 4 months. my baby has gas , vomitings. my baby has some rashes with white colour on body , face due to kisses. please suggest for above complaints

A. Hold your baby in a fairly upright position when you feed him Burp your baby after each feeding and try to keep him in an upright position for half an hour or so. apply coconut oil on skin rashes

Atogla cream you can apply on the face and please avoid this kissing business because that’s going to make it was second for gas and vomiting both the things are completely normal for a jail yet if you are facing much of an issue is feed your child on demand and you can given Bonnisan if the child is having much of a gas problem
