Q.

Good morning sir My baby boy is three years old.He eat well but he has too much constipation.please suggest something

A. Dear mum, Good morning! It is important to include fibrous food like variety of seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits, carrot cucumber , beetroot, papaya, apple, peach banana, prunes whole fruit is better than fruit juice grated and soaked dry fruits Like black currant , prunes, date , figs, nuts like almond, walnut give whole grains like daliya, whole pulses, beans, sprouts avoid refined grains, biscuits and frequent use of bread. good fluid intake in form of water buttermilk coconut water encourage at least one hour of outdoor play as physical activity relieves constipation
