good morning sir my babies are 2 months 10 days old, suffering from fever and cold fever drops and rises, can I give them paracetamol and maxtra drops

A. cold is most of the time flu Infection or allergic reacttion where decongestants like sinarest can be given along with steam inhalation with vapocaps to relieve the stymptoms and further consult doctor
