Good morning sir... My 6yrold elder daughter is a neuro child and diagnosed rt hemimegaloenchepahaly and underwent surgery rt hemispherotomy when she was 2yr old. Presently she had seizure 5 episode per day. Before surgery the episode of seizure is more than 30. Could you please suggest any diet chart or to avoid any food which trigger the seizure.she is under seizure medication. But the iq of the child is low.she can able to walk with splint and support. And also I want to know how long the child should take the seizure medication and how to prevent the seizure attack
