Good morning sir Dr my 2 and half month old baby underwent immunization 48 hours ago but low grade fever is still there. Any thing to worry about?

A. no need to worry. post vaccination fever usually lasts for 2-3. days, you can give dolo drops if it is above 100 f. increase breast feeding your baby. o k
