Good morning sir my 4years old daughter breath in out from mouth than I consult ENT specialist. he suggest me for surgery. my daughter's report attached herewith. pls suggest me best. thanks

A. very good morning probably the report which you have uploaded has not come most of the times there will be minor problems for difficulty in breathing which will disappear in course of time
