Good Morning Sabiha Mam, I am Iram Ali. I am Farzan's mother. Me apse batana chahati hun ki mujhe period me bahut jyada dard hota hai peeth (back) or kamar me. Merey 2 operation ho chuke hai. roz hi ye dard bana rehta hai. so kuch solution bataye please?

If the pain is coming exclusively during the time of period Then if you’re not breast-feeding your baby then you can use the tablet meftal spaz twice a day with a gap of at least eight hours in between.
