hello sir/mam my daughter 2 years ki hai mujhe apse ye janna tha ki uski dite me iron kese include kar sakte hai ... please suggest me some iron foods

A. Start art giving her overnight soaked black raisins in the morning abd include more leafy vegetables in diet and also Vitamin C rich fruits for better absorption of iron in the body
