Q.

Good morning My son turns 4 months tomorrow. He violently tried to bite his fingers and anything that's near his mouth. He screams too. Not sure if he has some problem with his gums. And also, he drools alot.

A. yes. teething problems can start as early as 4 months of age . Signs can be crying baby , irritability , cranky , drooling of saliva , gum swelling and taking everything in to mouth for chewing . Massage gums gently for relief , can give a silicon or wooden teether for ease and continue giving vit d 3 1 ml daily for smooth dentition .
