good morning,my son is 3 years and 4 months , issue is he always keep fingers in his ears ,I tried if der is dirt or hurt but it's neat n clean ,but still unable to understand y, please advise any ear drop and reason for the same

A. ir is ok. This looks normal for the age and physiological so there is no need to worry for this. If the condition remain as such then examination can be done for further evaluation for same .
