good morning. my son is 1 year old. yesterday night he was quite irritated, his body was warm, especially his palm and feet. we measured but the temperature was normal. he is having slightly runny nose. what should I do now ? plz help.

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly unyitil a proper examihnation or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
