Good Morning, my kid is weight is not gaining now he is only 12 kg at 3yr 8m. always suffering from cold and cough in every month once or twice. please suggest us

I think your child is having allergies which is why there is constant cold and cough so I think it would be good for you to conduct an allergy test for your child and then only with a proper diet the weight and growth of your child would be better
