about 400-500 mL of milk but instead of giving only as milk which reduces the appetite for other food use milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
give top food four or more times a day and up to one katori every time. breastfeed baby till 2 years.
