Sir My baby is 1 years old.. What is diet for my baby healthy.. Can u give me a diet chart?

A. A 1 year old baby should eat 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk, milkshakes with dry fruits, coconut water, etc. Include foods like oatmeal with nuts, boiled egg, omelette, chicken soup, rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, rice with chicken and fish curry, etc.
