Good morning mam, my daughters are 6years old please send me healthy diet plan for them. they are twins. my one daughter is very thin.

first two things ,
- after the age of one year kids dont require specific diet chart
and
- looking thin is not a problem or disease.
it can be in heridatery or sometimes due to hyperactivity ,it happens.
so please dont get panic for your child physical apperance.
