good morning mam my daughter is 2 and half years old , her teeth almost decayed because of chocolates. She is not eating food with any vegetables . pls suggest me what to do. thanx π

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You should take your child to a dentist. Brushing is very important and you should teach your child to brush regularly, more than once a day.
Serve vegetables alongside foods that your child is familiar and comfortable with will make him eat.
