Q.

Good morning mam... mam it was 9 month to my delivery bt still have tummy fat...what i should do to reduce my tummy fat..

A. cut on food you eat. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. Hello mom, have a proper diet. do some exercise at least one hour a day. Eat healthy foods do not get any fatty and junk foods. Drink plenty of water per day. It helps to reduce your weight. Keep your self healthy and hydrated. Thank you have a great day..
