For your habits of food I would a cement is that you should start giving an iron supplement to the child that’s going to help I think this kind of behaviour could be happening due to deficiency of iron and secondly if you feel that your child is not speaking properly I did there is an issue associated with the speech of the child and you should consult a speech therapist onceWrite Your Answer Here
