Good morning mam I'm farhana my age is 30 years. I got married in 2021. Now I'm planning to get pregnant. but I heard that from the age of 30 the chances of pregnancy decreases. Is this real mam. can i have a safe and healthy pregnancy naturally at this age mam. kindly respond to my words mam thank you mam. Have a nice day

just follow a Healthy lifestyle and have guidance with the proper gynecologist
