Good morning Mam I am concern about my daughters eating habits because whole day she wants something to eat even though she had her breakfast

A. Hello Active kids can get hungry fast Add foods that contain fibre & healthy fats, proteins these foods stay in stomach for longer time like oats, vegetable soup, boiled egg, almonds walnuts, roasted peanuts, chana , boiled dal recipes (chilla)
