Most of the toddlers are fyssy and picky eaters and therefore it is important to mix variety of foods so that maximum nutrition can be given even in smaller quantities. Try not to force feed and make eating fun time. Serve in a kiddie bowl or plate or cup with straw in different shapes and colors. Keep giving finger foods to develop chewing habits.
