Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is seven months of age and if having wax in the ear you should not clean it with earbuds and consulting a doctor for proper removal . .

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi usually it is not necessary to clean. but if there is excess wax inside ears then you can follow Below steps: take a clean Cotton clothe and bowl of warm water,damp cloth in it ,wring out excess water from the clothe and make thin edge from it ,then Gently clean your child ears with it. but please don't push it harshly inside your child ears.
