A. While breastfeeding, you can feed longer from one side, so that the baby will get the hind milk which comes later and has higher fat content than the foremilk which comes first. After six months, once u start solids, You can give banana, potatoes, sweet potatoes and continue feeding breastmilk or formula. You can add homemade ghee in babys regular meals. You can also give warm rice mixed with curd around eight months. All these could help weight gain.
