good morning Dr my 2 nd boy baby is 9 months completed 3 days back he fell from bed got little swelling on his forehead m worried wat to do,.do I have to consult

A. apply ice pack over it and watch for swelling.. Falls are common in babies and you should be careful about avoiding head injury. Always look for any swelling, redness, bleeding in head and also in joints. Check if baby cries inconsolably and watch for vomitting for next 24 hours. For best advise , see a doctor soon

A. hi try cool pack on it or gently rub coconut oil there if your child looks happy healthy and active,eat and sleep well then no need to worry about anything. observe your child for next 48 hours ,if there is symptoms like fever, irritability, breathing difficulty, dazzineess, vomiting etc then please visit your nearest pediatrician immediately
