good morning Dr from yesterday daughter getting high fever with throat pain and today whole night she didn't sleep getting stomach pain also ....m giving ibugesic syrup...pls suggest

Azethromycin and Mefenamic Acid for high fever came. But yesterday whole night she feeling little irritated while sleeping. And having high fever since night.
