Good morning Dr. Daily how much added Sugar need for 6 year baby Is added sugar good for child ?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Sugar is not at all needed to be given to the child so if you want to add you can use two teaspoons otherwise I would not suggest you to give sugar to the child if you can avoid because kids have sugar and other things also like biscuits or if you’re giving bread to the child or any of these things so if you want to give generally from your side prefer replacing sugar with jaggery or deeds
