As baby is 10 months old feed semi solids thrice a day fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes - Mashed banana, papaya, chikoo puriee, Steamed and mashed potatoes, carrot, apple,pear , pumpkin, tomato puriee,dal kichdi, sabudana kheer, Sooji/Dalia/oats porridge/kheer,idly, cerelac (pulses, grains, dry fruits powder home made cerelac) , mashed dal rice/curd rice, stuffed roti,roti with dal/curd for lunch.
