any any perfect diet chart for 2 year old.. veg?

A. Dear mum, for 2 years old child, give 5 small meals a day, which should include 2 healthy snacks in between. You should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. 500 ml or more of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add dry fruits like almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts, raisins, dates. Give all types of grains, cereal and pulses.
