good morning doctor my son got skin allergy on last Saturday, we went to hospital and doctor gave us the tonic which I have attached... is there any side effects for this medicine!! because he is sleeping long time that he normally sleep... looking soo dull. please find the picture

A. dear mom... . you can give this as per yiur childs condition. and do follow up visit with yiyr treating doctor if no improvement. all tge very best
