hii doctor I got my son vaccined from government hospital on Saturday now from tomorrow he his having fever vomit and loose motion a bit green . what shall I do ?

A. Kindly connect with your doctor because vaccination can lead to fever but not the other things if your child is having all the three things together I believe it could be due to some underlying issue maybe stomach infection or something please check with your doctor for further assessment
