Q.

Good morning doctor, My daughter will be 6months old by next week. She is Breastfed. Can I have any diet or nutrition plan so that my daughter get enough nutrition from breastmilk and I can reduce my weight? I'll be introducing semi-solids to her at 6months. What % of weight reduction depends on exercise & diet?
