NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello there is no such restrictions with what food the mother can be taking and it is just that she needs to have a healthy and nutritious food in the diet so that the baby gets required nutrition and just avoid any gassy causing food or spicy food in the diet as t can effect baby tummy
