Good Morning doctor My daughter is having fever since last 2 days. She was alright tull friday evening then suddenly she picked up fever. She has high fever and takes dolo250 syrup and the fever comes down but once the medicinal effect goes fever comes again. Otherthan that she is all fine, food intake is good, drinks water, active when there is no fever. should i continue giving same syrup for fever?
